Stokes Office Furniture Delivery & Installation

Here at Stokes Office Furniture, we believe in making our customers experience with us easy and stress free, and one way we achieve this is by proving our services offering Delivery & installation on new and used items, by our own delivery/fitters team.

Before we get into delivery and installation. We want to share with you our process from start to finish.

Booking In A Delivery

We will first liaise with our customer to arrange a suitable delivery date and schedule that in on our delivery board. If our customer is unsure about access, or about anything at all regarding delivery, we will undertake a site visit prior to us turning up, we understand that sometimes access can be tricky, for example if other contractors are also on site, or you are having work done to your property, but we are very flexible and can work round it!

This also applies to buying from our section of used office furniture! If the access to your building is tight, we will deliver the used items flat packed (where possible) and then erect them in your room/rooms of choice.

Communication

We will then contact our customer the evening before to confirm previous arrangements and a call an hour before delivery on the day. We are very committed to customer service, and we go above and beyond to make sure our customer is happy!

Our Delivery/Fitters Team

Our delivery/fitter’s team have extensive knowledge and years of experience installing office furniture, travelling all over the UK and Europe doing what they do best, a little tip, they work best with a nice cup of tea!

We know, buying office furniture and then having to build it yourself can be nothing short of a headache, especially if you have to erect multiple desks and chairs etc. However, when you buy at stokes office furniture new and used office furniture, we not only deliver to you, but we also install everything for you, to your room/rooms of choice taking that much unwanted, and unneeded headache away from you, after all it is what we do best!

Recycling

Once we have completed fitting your office furniture and placed it all out to your liking, we then take away all the rubbish and dispose of it in the relative recycling bins, this is standard practice for Stokes Office Furniture, recycling being very important to us!
